Here's 1 of the 10,000
1 customer’s first 30 days with REX, rebrand sneak preview, and more.

Message from Sean:
Our team spent a week together at our on-site in South Carolina last month. We went heads down, dug into the product roadmap, and didn’t even sing kumbaya once.
I can tell you one thing for certain:
This team will be doing BIG things.
We’re hiring the best of the best because we want to work with the best of the best.
REX will only take on 10,000 brands.
How do we pick?
3 core things we look for in founders:
1. Money
We help DTC e-commerce brands making $10k+/month in revenue.
Founders that meet these criteria tend to:
Have product-market fit.
Sell a product that “works” with digital ads.
Be primed to scale.
This is REX’s sweet spot.
We only need 10,000 businesses paying $1k/month to hit $120M ARR.
That’s just 1.1% of the 861K Shopify stores already doing $10k/month+.
2. Mission
In the US, 99.9% of all businesses are small businesses. An estimated 80% of those small businesses use e-commerce channels.
There’s a bit of patriotism in that, right?
The US is built on small business and on the people crazy enough to say, I’m building something from nothing, and I’ll make a fortune off it, goddammit.
Small businesses smell like freedom to us, and we want to support founders in their pursuit of it.
3. Madness
If you’re already killing the digital marketing game? Great, we’re happy for you.
If you’re figuring out how to set up a Shopify account? Great, you’re just at a different stage.
The founders we work with are sharp, experienced, but in an absolute ads death spiral:
You can’t scale across channels. Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon, CTV… each is a full-time job. You can’t do it all yourself. You hired an agency. They sucked. Then a “growth hacker.” They also sucked. Now what?
Your ad spend is being stolen or wasted. Up to 90% of ad traffic is fake. You don’t know what’s actually working, and you’re sick of being lied to.
You can’t get the capital to grow. Banks say no. VCs want a 10-slide pitch deck and a guaranteed return. But you can’t get the return without capital to test. It feels like a trap.
You’ve been around the block. You’ve tried everything. You’re willing to try anything.
So now it’s time for REX to stop your spiral.
These 3 points don’t cover all of it, so let me introduce you to one of our lovely private beta users…
❤️ Why Ebb Is The Perfect Customer
Anyone else love those little green arrows on your Shopify account? Just me? Well, so do our friends at Ebb Ocean Club — a new clean, functional hair care brand building serious momentum as they prepare for their launch into Sephora in February 2026.
The data’s in… 🥁
This is their first 30 days with REX (compared to the previous 30 days of no REX):

If you know ads, you know the first 30 days rarely look this good. We’re thrilled — and so is Alyson (Al), Ebb’s founder.
REX has been a serious surprise with immediate ROAS of 2.5. In 30 days we saw a major jump in sessions, revenue, increased AOV, and an excitement that I’ve not had around digital marketing in any of my businesses.
With this immediate success, we’ve been able to project strong ARR and raise more venture capital from the early data.
Why REX ❤️s Al:
She’s not a first-time founder. We aren’t anti first-time-founders. But we are anti people-who-don’t-know-what-the-f*ck-they’re-doing. Al knows what the f*ck she’s doing.
She’s the CEO. Marketers have fragile egos, and “try REX, it’ll make you obsolete” isn’t a great sales pitch. But founders and operators? Those are the people who want REX. Alyson is busy, no-bullshit, and needs direct answers. She wants a dashboard with quick, clear data that shows everything is working. REX is a hands-off tool for founders who want to be out of the digital marketing weeds and still see serious results.
She’s in a category with demand: hair care. We don’t have to educate the customer on why they want Ebb’s product — they are already searching for it.
She’s venture-backed. Ebb has resources, but they are finite. They need to deploy their funds strategically, and REX is the perfect solution. (Not to mention, venture backing = long-term credibility. We like that, too.)
She has the support of Ebb’s venture studio. Ebb is owned by Concept Brands, a venture studio launching other influencer-led CPG brands. Ebb is their test. When REX works well, they want to roll it out to those other brands in beauty, personal care, fashion, and home care.
The results speak for themselves:
Revenue (the only metric we all care about) increased 248% MoM 😎

🤖 ROAS ROAI
Ads should be an investment, not an expense.
So we don’t do ROAS (return on ad spend).
We do ROAI (return on ad investment).
With ROAI (REX, our artificial intelligence).
This little fellow is a special agent serving up ROAI with a wink, some mid-century charm – and a bit of a f*cking potty mouth. Here’s a sneak preview of his new design:

🚇 Mind the Gap: Development Timeline
All aboard the train to Rexville.
We’ve made tremendous progress and wanted to share our development timeline.
See that last line? We’re especially excited about that Advest™ Fund. It turns REX into the “easy application” button for $400M in ad capital. As a REX user getting 2x ROAS ROAI, you are automatically prequalified for this non-dilutive capital. (Aka: ads stay off your credit cards, your growth will never be capped by your credit limits, and you can redeploy your current ad dollars to scale other areas of your business.)
